Masterclass in English
This masterclass will allow you to learn how to make and line tartlets.
All the techniques learned during the class can be used in many different ways and recipes in your own desserts.
You will be able to go home with your tartlets : Gianduja and passion fruit and Chocolate-Pistachio.
Duration: 4 hours
Location of the class: 31, Boulevard Eugène Decros, 93260 Les Lilas (Métro ligne 11, station Mairie des Lilas).
Recipes and techniques of the class:
- Cocoa shortcrust
- Two different methods of tart lining (classic and with bands)
- Baking and brushing of the tart shells
- Gianduja mousse
- Chocolate mirror glaze
- Chocolate ganache
- Passion fruit marmelade
A warm and cosy teaching place
I will be welcoming you in l’Atelier de la Cuisine de Bernard, a ward and cosy place designed for cooking and baking. It will take place at 31 Boulevard Eugène Decros, 93260 Les Lilas (Métro ligne 11, station Mairie des Lilas) on Sunday July 26th 2020.

- No tools are needed everything is provided
- You will be able to leave the class with both your tartlets

Qui suis-je ?
French and parisian pastry chef. After studying marketing I decided to become a patissier. What I love most about this job is being able to create pastries that make people happy. I also love teaching pastry enthusiasts everything I’ve learned and allowing them to improve themselves.
